- The worry-free program: Your bike is often and gladly in use with you. To ensure it continues to work as you are used to on every ride and in every situation, it needs a little care & maintenance from our mechanics once a year.
- Service reception with you on site
- E-bike cleaning
- Check & tighten all screws to the correct torque
- Check equipment for roadworthiness
- Check lights
- Check and adjust steering and wheel bearings
- Check wheels / rims, and center them to eliminate vertical & lateral play
- Check tires & set pressure
- Adjust gears, check & lubricate chain
- Adjust brakes / check brake pads / brake discs
- Check & adjust suspension components
- Perform E-bike system update
- Final check
- Test ride
