Payment options at CYLAN

CYLAN offers the following payment options:


Secure and fast: This is how you pay at CYLAN.
You have a choice: In the CYLAN online shop, you can pay by credit card, PayPal, TWINT, or by invoice. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout at the end of the order.

CYLAN does not store card details.

Credit card

We accept Mastercard, VISA, and American Express credit cards. We cover the transaction costs for you—so no additional fees apply. Please note that your card will be charged immediately after payment. If your credit card no longer has the required credit limit, the payment will be declined.

PayPal

You can pay with us easily and securely using PayPal. We also cover the transaction costs when you pay with PayPal. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to PayPal.

TWINT

With the TWINT app, you can pay with us easily and quickly using your smartphone. The best part: It costs nothing! Register with your bank account or credit card on the TWINT app (iOS/Android). At checkout in our online shop, select the payment method "TWINT" and open the TWINT app on your smartphone. Point your smartphone camera at the QR code or enter the code. That's how simply and conveniently you pay with TWINT.

Purchase on invoice with installment option (POWERPAY) 

POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "Purchase on invoice". With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified timeframe, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

Can I pay the invoice in installments? 

Yes, with POWERPAY you can also pay the invoice in installments. After receiving the invoice, you have the choice of paying the invoice within the specified payment period (end of the month) or in installments. If you want to pay the invoice in several installments, you must pay at least 10% of the outstanding invoice amount per month. This way, you can easily and conveniently decide for yourself how you want to pay the invoice.

Upon completion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY takes over the resulting invoice and handles the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on invoice, you additionally accept the Terms and Conditions of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/de/agb) in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.
